Holy Moly i have never sweat so much in my gym sessions! I first tried it on a non training day and dont recommend this at all, i was jittery after only taking and tingly aswell. Not a good idea before going out form Breakfast haha My sessions have been great this week after taking a full week back into training. Not huge energy rush ( which i like ) but energised to get through my 90mins of training and no crash after which is even better! Great Product.

I've tried almost every pre-workout on the market, but this is the only one that actually does what it promises! I have the best workouts using this supplement. I've been training for years, and haven't been able to find a product that works this well! Definitely recommend, personally my favourite flavour is Strawberry Kisses. Doesn't leave you with a horrible feeling, get on it!!!
