Customer service was great, I accidentally order the wrong size, emailed and got a reply straight away to change the order. The band fits so well and comfortable to wear all day.

Lovely design and I wear it all the time. It arrived with skipped stitches on some parts. Otherwise the product is as excepted!

I'm not entirely sure if I am wearing it properly but even though it comes down over my hips slightly I believe it is still too long for me. I have since bought the pro gym waist trainer because it truly is a quality product. Thank you!
