Quick energy boosting morning smoothie

Looking for a super quick, easy morning smoothie to help boost your energy and get you going? Well, look no further!

We’re big fans of the morning smoothie. They’re a great way to start your day with all the nutrients you need to get up and get going.
Our favourite smoothie contains all the C Vitamins, is full of high-energy food and even aids in your weight loss journey. Yum!  

Your ingredients:

2 cups of fresh spinach
1 cup of water (coconut/almond milk can make this a little thicker.)
1 grapefruit
2 cups of sliced pineapple (or apple - less acidic)

How to make it:

Step 1:
Blend up the spinach, water (or milk) and grapefruit. This is your smooth and hearty base!

Step 2:
Throw in the pineapple and finish it off.

Step 3:
Serve in a mason jar topped with a rose-gold coloured paper straw for the ultimate insta-worthy smoothie.

Top it off with some coconut flakes or crushed almond for a bit of crunch!
